Program name. Ideal Touch LLC text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by signing up on our text message sign-up page. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or of requesting a quote.

Types of messages. Messages about your quote requests, appointment reminders and confirmations, service updates, and replies to your customer-service questions.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your requests and scheduled services.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out (STOP). Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
