Ideal Touch Landscaping is a trade name (DBA) of IDEAL TOUCH LLC (“Ideal Touch,” “we,” “us”). We respect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle your mobile number and text messaging (SMS) consent. Questions? Email idealtouchlandscaping@gmail.com or call (206) 900-4554.

Information we collect

When you submit a form or contact us, we collect the information you provide — your name, phone number, email, property city/address and project details. We use this only to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule work and provide customer service. We do not sell your information.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your request and provide quotes.
  • To schedule appointments and send reminders.
  • To send service updates.
  • To improve our services and comply with the law.

SMS / Text Messaging

Opt-in & consent. We only text you if you check the optional SMS consent box on one of our forms or sign up on our text message page. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or of requesting a quote. We keep a record of your consent (date, number and the form you used) so we can honor it and your opt-out.

Types of messages. Ideal Touch LLC text messages about your quote requests, appointment reminders and service updates, and replies to your customer-service questions.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (206) 900-4554 or idealtouchlandscaping@gmail.com.

We do not share your mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

The full SMS program terms (STOP, HELP and carrier terms) are in our Terms of Service.
